IT Governance and Compliance
Our IT Governance and Compliance services revolve around establishing and supporting the leadership and organizational structures and processes which ensure that IT sustains and extends the organization’s operational strategies, objectives, and requirements. IT Service Management
We specialize in providing consultative and advisory services encompassing the full range of IT Service Management disciplines specified in the ITIL v3 framework. We emphasize pragmatic and effective service process design and implementation focused on the customer’s perspective of IT value. Additionally, we incorporate other relevant frameworks and models into our IT Service Management practice, specifcally continuous process improvement methods outlined in Lean and Six Sigma methods, and in effective business process requirements development and management.
IT Risk Management
Our IT Risk Management services encompass the integration of the IT organization’s Risk Management practices to the broader organization’s Risk Management program and objectives. We seek to identify opportunities to minimize the negative impact of adverse operations and service delivery which can severely reduce or destroy the value of IT or the organization, while also seeking to improve the beneYit and value of IT within the organization by minimizing missed opportunities to use technology to enable or enhance business.
With certified Six Sigma Black Belts and Green Belts on staff, we seek to improve the quality of our customers’ IT service delivery and support processes by identifying and removing the causes of defects (errors) and minimizing variability in business processes.
We have substantial experience in developing and delivering continuous improvement programs for IT service delivery organizations, as well as other IT disciplines, such as Identity and Access Management programs, with target improvements including financial, operational effectiveness, and security variance elimination.
Planning for business continuity in the face of major disruption goes far beyond planning for disaster recovery. Comprehensive BC/DR planning occurs at an organizational level to ensure that critical business functions will be
available to internal and external customers, suppliers, and stakeholders with a need for those services. Our Business Continuance & Recovery services ensure that the myriad standards, policies, processes, and programs necessary to provide IT and other critical services, without stoppage, are defined, in place, and well-exercised.
Advisory and Representation
Our services can be delivered either in the form of scoped project work, or in the form of a retained advisory service for long-term, multivariate project or development efforts. Furthermore, our consultants are highly experienced in representation and liaison management and represent clients in both service management and development efforts, as well as in efforts as diverse as IT standards development.
